The Orissa DAlit Solidarity Forum (ODSF) is a network of 10 grass-root dalit headed NGOs headed and initiated by VICALP in the year 2007.The network was promoted to collectively address emerging challenges of Dalit and Adivasi communities ultimately leading to their empowerment and development. A National level consultant organization named MCC from Bangalore has taken up the responsibility of shaping and guiding ODSF since 2007. All the member NGOs were enrolled in “Credibility Alliance” along with some of these taking membership in “Give India”. Some of the member organizations are also partners in the promotion of Ekta Abhiyan people’s movement.
